A year later, I earned my Broker's license, and in 1998 was named Broker-In-Charge of the independent agency known as Team Metro. When Team Metro joined the Weichert(R) franchise network in 2005, I became an owner. As broker/owner, I manage the many day-to-day activities required to operate a prosperous real estate office, including agent training which is my favorite part.
