Kim is the most talented real estate coordinator that I have worked with. She over communicates and makes showings, scheduling and transactions very smooth. Kim picks up the phone every time I call her when there is a problem and her urgency to solve problems or reschedule on these matters makes the deals or showings successful. Ultimately her work makes us realtors shine even more. I highly recommend Kim. You will not regret working with her as she is also very consistent and someone I trust.
