I called Kim after I had a horrible experience with another realtor. She already knew my problems because she was so up on listings in my area. She guided me and gave me advice that worked immediately. I had taken my house off the market because of the mess up from the initial realtor. Kim came over and had examples of comps and a totally different plan for selling then the first realtor. My house sold when it was off the market because a buyer contacted Kim and he was not able to reach an agreement with my first realtor but Kim worked out a deal that worked for both the buyers and us that was fair all the way around and the best part we didn't have to relist and go through showings again. Monica who works in Kim's group helped us find a great condo. And I must say the entire group that works with Kim is the best. What a totally great and different experience. I found out the hard way its important to list with an experienced realtor who has a proven record and I highly recommend Kim and her entire group.

My husband and I were very happy with the wide range of activities Kim Rock and her team did for us selling our home. We knew it would not be easy but Kim navigated us expertly through the entire arduous process. We almost gave up but Kim remained optimistic and overcame the setbacks so that we were successful in the end. Also kudos to the team who did a lot of excellent work in the background. Five stars!
