I have been doing real estate for more than 15 years. I decided to become a realtor because back when I was looking for a home, I had a very pushy realtor who wanted me to buy above what I wanted to pay for a home. I decided to become not just a realtor but a friend to advise buyers and sellers and help guide them through the home buying and selling process. I really love working with buyers. I get a sense of what they want and usually am able to produce the home that they want. I find the experience with buyers to be fun and knowledgable. I also like working with sellers getting their homes to show their best and to help make the experience of selling a home less stressful. I have sold homes from as little as 40,000.
