Kim Melcher

I started my life in foster care in Central Arkansas. I was later adopted and grew up in South Arkansas. This experience instilled in me the value of family and having a place to call home. By the age of 19, I started dreaming of a career in real estate, but it would be nearly 35 years before that dream became reality. I tell everyone "Never give up on your dreams" I am a licensed broker in both Missouri and Arkansas. I hold a Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation, a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification, and a Graduate REALTOR® Leadership Academy (GRLA) certificationREEA Gold Stand Instructor and GRI Instructor. I have served on my local Board of Realtors as well as the State Board of Realtors. I currently sit on the State Ethics Committee. I love helping people find their place to call home.
