We had such a great experience working with Kim. From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. She guided us through every step of the process, answered all of our questions quickly, and made sure we felt confident along the way. What stood out most was how attentive she was to our needs and how smoothly she handled everything. We never felt pressured, only supported. Honestly, we lucked upon KimMarie through a random house viewing request on Zillow and I have to say it was the best thing that could have happened to us. As first time home buyers, we were treated with so much respect and honesty, which we really appreciated. We could always trust KimMarie and Carmen to give us accurate opinions on the homes we saw, and we could always trust if we wanted to move on a home they were on top of making it happen no matter the time or day. Best of all, we consider KimMarie a friend now and if thats not the best you can hope for out of a home buying experience I dont know what is. Long story short, KimMarie is the best around and youd be crazy not to work with her for your next home purchase.

Kim Marie and her staff are top notch and a pleasure to work with. They got the job done and were very supportive of the whole process. From the professional brochures developed and used to market our home, or the attendance of her or her staff at every showing, to knowledge of client base to showcase the home to, to having the staging materials to put a final touch on our home as we worked to sell it.
