I've helped clients purchase lake front homes, second homes, short term rental properties, farms, large tracts of land, homes, buildings and I've even helped a client sell a rock quarry.

I began in real estate in 1997 on a whim. Truly. I had received my Master's Degree from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville and was working as a social worker. I decided to get a real estate license to supplement my meager income. Once I was licensed and assisng real estate clients, I discovered that social work was a perfect segue in to real estate. There can be a lot of emotional moments when buying and selling. My education, coupled with my skill sets, became one thing that set me apart when comparing me with my colleagues. I have been told that I have been incredibly supportive to my clients as they move through their life changes.

I am a licensed Real Estate Broker with a Bachelor of Arts and a Masters Degree from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. I have many credentials from education and classes in the real estate industry. I am a well-trained negotiator.
