Where do I begin praising this woman?s excellence? From day one she has been attentive, motivated, kind and above all else, treated me life family. Laura has been our realtor for many years. This is the second time she has helped us buy and sell our homes. She has to be the most detailed realtor who stays completely on top of every single item throughtout the process. Anything I may worry about, she has probably thought of it and checked on it already a dozen times. When I started looking for a realtor to sell my moms house, I knew that Laura was the obvious choice. Laura had previously helped my daughter and son-law buy and sell a house in McKinney. The only question was whether or not she would be interested in selling a house in faraway Duncanville. That question was easily answered the first time I spoke with Laura. Laura made several trips to the southside of the Metroplex to meet with me to look at the house and come up with a game plan. Laura took a hands-on, proactive, professional approach throughout the whole adventure. Her communication skills are definitely Top Shelf. In these days with all the means of communication Laura is a quick study on how best to communicate with each specific client. Some details are best communicated via email, but everyone does not check their email constantly. Laura, being cognizant of that, was always diligent to send me a text as a heads up to check my email. Its very comforting to know that someone (Laura) is maintaining a constant vigil on my sale. I suppose it is inevitable that speed bumps or even complete detours will arise in most real estate sales. Laura is superb at negotiating all the turns. Her experience and knowledge of real estate transactions is an immense help in checking everything on course. We encountered several such speed bumps but due to Lauras quick action nothing could derail the sale and closing. In case you are still wondering, I recommend Laura Barron as the only Real Estate Agent anyone needs to consider. I would never consider anyone else.

Laura is an extremely proactive and hardworking agent. She is an excellent communicator. An example is her weekly activity summaries and constant monitoring of new listings in the neighborhood where the property is listed. She also does a wonderful job in acting in the best interest of her seller. An example were her recommendations to make minor cosmetic improvements and coordinating the appropriate vendors to execute her suggestions. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to do business with the ultimate professional.
