We used Kim as our realtor for viewing houses we were interested in buying. She would show us houses we requested to see. When taking us on tour of the houses she had no knowledge of anything about the houses. When asked any questions about any of the houses she had no answer and never tried to even get an answers for us. When we would email her a question about a house she would never answer us or respond. While viewing houses she would always answer her phone and talk on the phone, which we thought to be very rude. When we were in her office she would answer the phone in the middle of discussion and continue talking on the phone as if we weren't their. I felt she was very unprofessional and didn't act at all like she was trying to help us out in anyway when we were looking for a house to buy. Would not recommend to anyone.
