I loved working with Kim on the purchase and building process of my new home in 2020 and the sale of that home in 2025! She is an absolute professional and always prepared for every meeting and step of the purchase and sale process. When I first expressed interest in selling my home, she showed up with a spiral-bound book of information and comps on the house. She was already at this level of preparation before we had really discussed specifics or seeing the state of the home, and I was incredibly impressed. She works so hard for her clients and really listens to everything you are taking into consideration when purchasing or selling. Both times I worked with Kim, everything flowed so smoothly and she was always available to answer any question I had. I never worried about anything because I knew Kim already had things taken care of or could resolve any issues that came up incredibly quickly. She will do everything she can for you if you are willing to communicate and be open to negotiating things. I wish I could take her with me wherever I move to next because she makes everything so straightforward and easy!

Kim is the best realtor that you will ever work with. I am a first time homebuyer and she was patient and walked me through every step. She is knowledgeable and can answer any question you have (no matter how silly they may be). Kim is someone who advocates for her client. We ran into some roadblocks during our process of buying a home, but Kim was thoughtful and confident in her abilities to fight for this house that we wanted so bad! And it worked! Kim is not only a great realtor, but she will be an amazing friend. The relationship that I gained from this experience is far greater than the home that we ended up with! I am beyond grateful that we chose Kim to help us find our first home. I would do it 10000 times again!

My first encounter with Kim was less than amenable, however it had absolutely nothing to do with her and all to do with me. I was not in a good place socially as I was in the middle of an unwanted divorce preceding. However, Kim remained the consummate professional that I later learned to trust, respect and esteem highly. Hence, when it was time to purchase another Kim was without reservation the person for the Job, and just as before she was Knowledgeable, honest, willing to answer questions, very timely and most importantly we felt throughout the process that Kim had us as buyer at the forefront of her interest. My experience with Kim was of such quality that Kim is the only realtor I will ever use or recommend to others.
