Buying a home is not an easy task, but my realtor Kim Cox was awesome and was with me every step of the way. She asked me what I wanted and like and would send me weekly listings of homes that fit my criteria. She was ready and available to work with my schedule to show me homes. She was patient enough to work with me about four months until I found a home I was satisfied with. Kim was knowledgable and helped me with the financial aspect of my purchase, as I was a first time home buyer. When it came down to purchasing my home, she was very hands on with making sure all the needed repairs were made, which really impressed me.
