Nobody tells you about the relationship that you build with the realtor that stands by your side through it ALL. We are SO thankful for Kim all that she has done for us through purchasing our first and second home and selling our first home. She truly feels like family now! We are thankful for her patience with us and always welcoming our young daughters with a smile when we would always have them tagging along with us for viewings and paper signings. She is the most genuine human and is extremely dedicated to her clients!! Her help made everything go smoothly and quickly! Kim was such a huge help with our young girls when we would view homes and sign papers! Although it was never expected of her we so greatly appreciated her help and patience with the girls! We never have the option to just drop the girls off with someone, so we are thankful for Kim and her help in these ways and make us feel comfortable to bring them along with us!
