Kim A. Brady

Kim is a dedicated wife, and mother to an 8 year old son. An active woman by nature, Kim can be found in a deer stand on cold quiet fall mornings, fishing, or 4-wheeling with family on their growing little farm. She works tirelessly but with a verve for service that exceeds expectations. Originally from Centralia, and a current resident of Boonville, Kim's knowledge of Mid-Missouri and enthusiasm for community outreach helps Kim stay grounded in the principals that have governed her life and drive her ability to deliver top notch results. Kim embodies integrity, a positive attitude and work ethic steeped in family values and results-driven attention to detail. Kim is a proud member of the Columbia Board of Realtors. She is a co-founder of two successful construction businesses operating in Boone and Cooper Counties with her husband of 11 years. She also brings a powerhouse of knowledge to the table with a degrees in Financial Services & Accounting, as well as industry experience- including mortgage banking.
