Kim was highly instrumental in my most unusual and complicated real estate journey.She found, and guided me through the purchase of my new home. She also negotiated for me, a rental period at the beginning so I would have a place to live while my other house sold (complicated by divorce). This included everything from finance to insurance to the actual purchase. At the same time she prepared my old home for sale which after 30 years there was no small piece of work. This included everything from repairs, landscaping, clearing the house out and staging. We had a full price offer in 3 weeks after listing. I am now very happy in my new home and none of this would be possible without Kim. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
