Kim was wonderful! She was always available if we needed her and her enthusiasm for her work is amazing! You just know she will get the job done! Shes friendly and so easy to talk to. She was fully prepared for our first meeting with a booklet, market reports, etc and we hadnt even hired her yet! We ended up selling the house the day it was listed! I highly recommend Kim!

Kim was not helpful at all with our Jett Hill road home. I have evidence from a video tour of animal issues and the contract said they would be all removed. This did not happen and we were left with a garage full of fleas, a feces diaper, nails and glass all over the drive and properly aEUR" as well as possible hazardous waste (again, against the contract). Instead of facilitating with the other realtor, we were left closing late, my children having to sleep on the floor of the other realtors empty home, while Kim provided no solutions and even gave us the wrong town for the home. She then complained in the title office, aEURoeshe just wanted us to signaEUR? because she stood for 30 minutes watching the late people pack. I have no words for her unprofessionalism. Do not recommend. We spent more than a half a million dollars to be left with garbage, feces, glass, animals with broken legs and a flea infestation, where a month later we still can't fully unpack.A nightmare.
