1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
My biggest advice is to prepare before you shop. That means understanding your true buying power, reviewing your credit the way lenders do, and having a realistic budget that includes more than just the mortgage payment.
Be patient and stay focused on your long-term goals instead of emotions or pressure. The right home at the right time will make sense both financially and practically.
Lastly, work with a knowledgeable REALTOR® who will educate you, advocate for you, and negotiate on your behalf. Buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions you’ll make—having the right guidance can make all the difference.
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
My advice is to focus on preparation and pricing from the very beginning. Homes that are properly priced and well-presented attract stronger buyers and better offers. Simple updates, decluttering, and professional presentation can make a significant difference in how quickly and profitably a home sells.
It’s also important to understand the market and be open to strategic negotiation. Flexibility with terms can often lead to a smoother transaction and higher net proceeds.
Most importantly, work with a REALTOR® who understands your local market, communicates clearly, and advocates for your best interests throughout the process. Selling a home is a major financial decision, and having the right strategy and guidance matters.
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, including first-time homebuyers, growing families, sellers looking to maximize their equity, and clients relocating between Texas and Georgia. I’ve also assisted buyers at different stages of readiness—from those needing guidance and preparation to clients who are fully pre-approved and ready to move quickly.

4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
One transaction that stands out involved a buyer who initially felt discouraged by the market and unsure if homeownership was even possible. We focused first on preparation—reviewing their finances, strengthening their position, and setting realistic expectations.
Once we found the right home, I negotiated favorable terms that protected my client while keeping the deal moving forward smoothly. There were a few challenges along the way, but clear communication and proactive problem-solving helped us navigate them successfully.
Seeing my client confidently walk into closing and achieve a goal they once thought was out of reach made the entire process incredibly rewarding.
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
I got started in real estate after spending eight years as a tax professional. During that time, I worked closely with individuals and families on their finances and saw firsthand how taxes, credit, and long-term planning impact wealth-building.
That experience naturally led me to real estate. I wanted to help clients go beyond preparing taxes and actually use their financial position to build stability and generational wealth through homeownership. My background allows me to approach real estate with a strong understanding of the financial side, which helps my clients make informed, confident decisions.
6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Yes. I bring over eight years of experience as a tax professional, which gives me a strong understanding of finances, income analysis, and long-term planning. This background allows me to help clients look beyond just the purchase price and understand how a home fits into their overall financial picture.
