Kevin Swift

Kevin Swift has been active in real estate since 1992, and served on the Board of Directors of the Sunflower Area Association of REALTORS from 2012-2014, where in previous years he also served on the Public Relations, Educational, and Technology Committees. Kevin is also a Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS), earned an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation, and is a Graduate of the REALTORS Institute (GRI). In 2019, Kevin ranked among the best of the best as a TOP 10 Individual RE/MAX Agent in Kansas, and for the last eight years has been among the TOP Individual RE/MAX agents by consistently selling between 45-70 homes every year, when the national average is nearer 7. He was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, Sunflower Area Association of REALTOR Master's Club, and received the Andy Anderson Award.
