We had the best experience with Kevin and Kristin! We highly recommend them both, for selling and buying your next home! Kevin was very knowledgeable and honest with us about the market and our home, which we really appreciated. We reached out to him after having our house on the market for months with no success from our previous realtor. Kevin jumped in and made us feel confident again in the process! He was attentive to small details, and was great at pointing out all the special features about our house to potential buyers. We felt there was good communication, and also felt comfortable going to him with all of our questions and thoughts along the way. We highly recommend using him when thinking about selling. If you need to sell your house do not just use your friend or family member that happens to have their real estate license (I know it's tempting). Do not trust your most valuable asset to just anyone. Kevin sells so many houses he has it down to a perfect science.
