We purchased a home 10/2023 within 24-48 hours of moving in we found washer did not work (had to buy new), garage door was cracked and bent (had to buy new) we were given a 2 week old inspection report from the realtor to use/review from a buyer that backed out from buying the home. So I decided not to do my own inspection. Big Mistake on my part! Also the back roof of the home was to have been done in 2019, per the sellers disclosure report given to us. We decided to have the roof looked at by a roofer after moving in and they found that it was done done correctly, so we decided to have total roof redone, after they tore off back roof material they found that the roof had several holes in wood from dry rot. We contacted both Kevin Reppy and Mike Reppy of Home Realty they said they could not help and I could hire a lawyer. Nice Guys
