We were nervous about how quick we would need to jump on houses since people were making offers so quickly. Everyone in Kevin's office was quick. If he was at a showing, he always had someone help us from his office, and quickly. He always personally followed up, so I always felt taken care of. Additionally, he is very knowledgeable about housing and construction in general. He pointed out multiple things on the house we we liked (ended up getting it!) that needed attention, since it was an older home. We have worked with other realtors before and this was our first experience working with someone who had knowledge of plumbing, roofing, remodel, etc...the whole shebang! It was extremely helpful. His negotiations and his guidance on what to ask for when negotiating our offers was stellar. Overall we had a great experience and we will never use another agent or office.

Kevin was completely sensitive to our home requirements and worked diligently to identify properties that seemed to meet our needs and then show them to us. We appreciated that he shared his own listings with us but did not try to guide us toward them. When we found listings that we considered for purchase, he worked late into the evening to do market research and help us arrive at a fair and appropriate price to offer. When we ultimately reached a purchase agreement, he also worked late hours to resolve issues that needed to be negotiated.
