Hello, I'm Kevin Mechling, a residential real estate professional licensed in the state of Maryland. I'm a REALTOR(R) with eXp Realty and I earned my real estate license in 2018 while serving in the US Air Force. After multiple overseas tours, I decided to focus on how best to continue serving my community. After 15 years of renovating homes, I became a licensed contractor. This allowed me to sell previously unsellable homes, easing the burden of stressed homeowners, and creating excitement for the new buyers! It's in service to others that we find a vision for our lives that focuses more on character than on money. By focusing on how I can listen to my clients' stories, I learn about them as a person. I find myself wanting to help them and seeing how real estate will enable me to do this. I especially love offering my free consultation to the community so that I can speak to a variety of people from different backgrounds. Some are desperate, some are merely curious, and some are trying to gauge their options for buying and selling in the market as an investor. Either way, I can help.
