I worked with Nicholas to sell my house and to get a new house. He truly goes above and beyond to make sure you know what you will be getting into before purchasing. Also was able to get me home credits and negotiate with the selling realtor to get me a price i felt was fair. Nick will also tell you what he sees wrong in certain houses not like other realtors who just want to sell you any house so they can get their cut. Anyone looking to buy or sell their house Nick is your guy.
