My husband and I decided last minuet to buy a house out in Temecula, CA due to his transfer in duty stations and I came in contact with Kevin not knowing where to really begin. We were very fortunate to have Kevin as our real estate agent. Without him, we would not have bought our first house! Before we met Kevin, we had had difficulty of purchasing a fair-priced home in the Clairemont Mesa and Mission Valley area. Three main reasons had contributed to our failure. First, the former agents that we hired had not provided us with the correct and up-to-date information to make a proper offer. Second, we had been concerned about their abilities to help us through the buying process. Third, most of our offers had gone in late, especially for foreclosures and short sales.
