Kevin is knowledgeable, accommodating, understanding, and the hardest working realtor in the business. I must have changed what I was looking for in a home 4 or 5 times and no matter how many times or how much I changed it, Kevin sent me what I was looking for and found me what I was looking for. He is knowledgeable about all of San Diego and will stick by your side until the very end answering any questions you have in a way that will make you understand. As first time home buyers, We had a lot of questions. Kevin made it so easy to buy a house and we could not have done it without him. He has passion for real estate and is patient and kind. I have already began spreading the word that we have the best realtor ever and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a house. In the future, I will use Kevin because he will fight to find and get me exactly what I am looking for. I wouldnt use anyone else because no one can do it like he can. Amazing. A+++++++++ the BEST!

We were first referred to Kevin through our bank. When we had set out to buy a house in Oceanside, we had no idea what the process would entail; especially in todays housing market. My husband and I decided last minuet to buy a house out in Temecula, CA due to his transfer in duty stations and I came in contact with Kevin not knowing where to really begin. Kevin was outstanding and was able to guide us step-by-step through the entire process making it much easier on us as first time home buyers. Durring the process of buying a house there are many different people that you need to work with and I must say Kevin, as our Realtor was definately a huge help in the communication barriers I had with the lenders, escorw and anyone else involved that I just did not understand. He had a great way about explaining things to me that I, being a first time home buyer, just didnt really comprehend. I would say he went above and beyond with his job and really made the expirence easier than I imagined! Kevin is very knowledgable about the housing market and helped us find our dream home in just one day! He always knew what he was doing from the begining to the end of the process, which made me know we were being taken care of and in good hands! We were very fortunate to have Kevin as our real estate agent. Without him, we would not have bought our first house! Before we met Kevin, we had had difficulty of purchasing a fair-priced home in the Clairemont Mesa and Mission Valley area. Three main reasons had contributed to our failure. First, the former agents that we hired had not provided us with the correct and up-to-date information to make a proper offer. Second, we had been concerned about their abilities to help us through the buying process. Third, most of our offers had gone in late, especially for foreclosures and short sales. Kevins knowledge about the San Diego housing market is exceptional. We did not waste any time looking for houses that they we did not like because he knew which houses we liked. When we made an offer to a house, he would call the selling agent first to ensure that the offer was proper and on time. During the loan and closing process, he carefully explained the pros and cons of each stipulation on the contracts to us. Our interests and satisfaction always come first. Most importantly, he takes pride of his work. We greatly appreciate his diligence, attitude, professionalism, expertise, honesty, and integrity.

Kevin assisted us in locating and purchasing an REO property in 2009. He showed us property for about a year before we found the property we purchased.
