Kevin sold our shore home in Ocean City shortly after Hurricane Sandy hit the east coast. My husband and I live in the Phoenix area so it was hard for us to assist in the sale directly. Kevin did an outstanding job in bringing potential buyers to the home, letting us know what was happening to the real estate market well after the hurricane hit, getting and negotiating the offer, and then assisting through the inspection process. He was even there for us on the repairs we agreed to do with the staff of his professional contractors. We knew we were in good hands with Kevin and he certainly got the job done!
