When we decided to move from Phoenix to Duluth the idea of buying a house across the country sight unseen was scary. Luckily Kevin made every part of the process as easy as possible. Kevin has been a friend for years, and after following his Instagram for years we knew he was the only choice for a realtor in Duluth. He finds every nook and cranny in the houses he shows, which was absolutely necessary for us. As first time buyers we didnt really know what we were getting into, but Kevin broke down everything for us, and helped us create a competitive offer that landed us a house within the first weeks of our search, a miracle in this summer 2021 market.
