Have an accurate market report prepared by a professional Realtor. Be familiar with the market and understand the pricing strategies and the need for appropriate pricing from the start.

I work with all types of buyers or residential properties. I specialize in first time home buyers and the Homes for Heroes and MIlitary Relocation programs.

I had a relocation client from out of state looking to buy in the area. They were unable to travel to the area so we identified several homes they were interested in, I toured those homes and video called the clients. After several tours, they identified a home, we negotiated a great deal and got our offer accepted. Just prior to closing, the client was able to come and absolutley loved the home. Completley satisfied and love the area and home.

I have always worked at home remodeling and repair. I have rehabed 3 Old Victorians homes and helped friend and family with repairs. Thought I had a lot to offer buyers with extensive knowledge. I spent years as a specifically trained negotiator so those skills fit nicely into Real Estate.
