I have now had the pleasure of working with him to complete the sale of two of my homes in Austin, and each time Kevin has gone above and beyond my expectations of what an agent can achieve for their clients. Kevin proposed a variety of moderately priced upgrade options that, once I agreed to, he then fully orchestrated their completion. These items included: New carpet, master shower renovation, tree trimming, landscaping, bathroom tile replacement, power washing the driveway & exterior, touch up painting, deep cleaning of the entire house, staging furniture, and absolutely stunning photography of the finished product. We used Realty Austin (specifically Kevin Haines) to sell our house in October 2021. Kevin was professional, responsive, and fun to work with. He definitely gave us the white glove treatment, as my wife and I had already moved out of state and were no longer occupying our Texas house; Kevin would consistently go to our property to water the lawn, coordinate lawn care services, and generally check to make sure everything was ok with the house. While the house was on the market, Kevin was communicative (but not annoyingly so), and never pressured us into taking an offer we weren't fully comfortable with. It really felt like Kevin as on our side and had our best interests in mind - it didn't feel like he was chasing a commission check.
