I am so very glad I hired Kevin to sell my house! He is very communicative and responsive. I really appreciated his follow up and follow through as I had already moved to a different city. Kevin recognized was special about my home and priced it accordingly, $150k above what other realtors had suggested from PSF comps. I had both an above asking price offer the day after the open house, and an above asking price backup offer soon after. He took a stressful situation and made it as easy as possible. I highly recommend Kevin and would only work with him if I return to the area.

I met Kevin 15 years ago when he brought a quality buyer to my first Bell Canyon home. When it was time to move again, Gail and I chose Kevin and are glad we did. The photo shoot consisted of daytime as well as night shots bringing out the best depiction of our property. The sales pamphlet was beautiful where it was obvious that he spared no expense in production. The online site for my property consisted of 54 professional photos.Kevin's knowledge of Bell Canyon, sound and accurate advice as well as an excellent support staff enabled a smooth transaction. The appointments were on time and the house was properly secured afterwards. We received text messages on a regular basis for updates as well as showing results and client reactions. We highly recommend Kevin.
