Kevin was great to work with. We had a unique situation and some unexpected things came up, all having to be handled by long distance. Kevin gave us good recommendations from the gitgo, and kept us constantly informed. He knows the area well, and real estate market. He found viable buyers and followed through. He was a good resource/sounding board for options and counteroffers. He got a good price for us, and worked it to closing. Finally, he was very patient with us. We had some unexpected things come up at the last minute that clouded the closing timetable , but he worked through it with us professionally. Kevin would be my first "go to" choice if I had a need in SE Okla again.
