ZillowVERIFIEDHere's what you have to understand first. I have very little respect for the real estate profession as we've had ridiculously few positive experiences and witnessed such incompetence over the 35 years we've been buying/selling (only about 10 transactions total). So I'm here to tell you that Kevin (and his assistant Rachel) did a great job! Kevin drove 90 minutes to our home to see what we currently lived in, so he could have it in his mind what we were looking for. His picture was clear and he really helped us. All along the way, he steered us in the right direction, acting partly as our psychotherapists and keeping us (relatively) calm. We made only two offers and with the first one, while we came in 2nd out of 16 bidders, he saved us from getting hosed like the eventual buyer did. When we finally found our current home, Kevin made quick work of the deal and we are now happily situated in it. Kevin is an excellent real estate agent and..he's not incompetent :).
