Kevin Fruh

Raised in Newburyport, Kevin returned to the area in 2005 to begin a career in residential development. He quickly discovered that his passion lay in helping others navigate the buying and selling process. Over the past 18 years, his extensive knowledge of home construction, his local insight, and his authentic and straightforward attitude have led to a devoted client base.

Kevin was the top producing agent at Century 21 and then Keller Williams Realty before founding Fruh Realty, located in downtown Newburyport. In just two years, Fruh Realty has become the home of Newburyport's most productive agents and ranks among the top five firms in Newburyport. When not selling real estate, Kevin can be found spending time outdoors with his family and dogs, fishing on the Merrimack River or renovative his historic home in Newburyport.
