When my husband and I wanted to buy a new home, a friend of ours referred us to Kevin Evers with Coldwell Banker. He took time to meet with us to see what we wanted in our new home and helped us decide which area would be best to fit our needs. After showing us numerous homes, we found our dream home. Kevin went above and beyond what we expected from a realtor having it be our first time buying a house. We looked at 20-30 different houses and multiple price ranges and was very good at getting all those houses put together. He also was there to respond at all times of the night if not first thing in the morning. He made our house hunt very easy for us even with all the houses we wanted to see.

My wife and I began working with Kevin to buy our first home. He took the time to make sure we understood everything about the home-buying process and was very patient in showing us numerous homes in the area. His knowledge of the current market was awesome. Before we were able to submit an offer on a house, I got laid off, so our home search is currently on hold. Once we are ready to start looking again, I will DEFINITELY be contacting Kevin again.
