    Kevin is highly communicative making the process of selling our rental home in AZ quite easy for out of state sellers. On top of the house being vacant, he kept an eye out for various items that may not have been noticed as a result of being vacant. Kevin advised on staging house- KEY to vacant homes-inside and out Kevin held regular open houses- Kevin prepared stellar, stunning and succinct marketing materials -print- online -mailers- everything to reach I-buyers and traditional buyers and their agents. He controlled access to the home so only vetted visitors he was aware of visited the home. Kevin provided weekly feedback-
