Market Expertise, Efficiency, Reliability and Patience - With no knowledge of where to buy our retirement home, we looked for houses in 3 cities of South Florida. Kevin always provides a good list of houses to look at based on his good listening skills to his clients. This helps in narrowing down the list - which has most of the clients? desired house features, and thus saves us time for only looking at houses that interest us! Organization - Kevin works efficiently by organizing tour of houses. He sends out the tour schedule a day early. This really provides his clients time to get an idea of the houses that they will see. Organization especially after the offer is accepted is very important! Kevin has guided us with all things needed to be done through closing. Negotiation skills and communication - Kevin is good natured, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to deal with. These personal attributes give him an edge in negotiating as well. In our case, Kevin has communicated and represented us so well to the seller that we got all our ?fair? aspirations! Professionalism ? Even after the ratification of the contract, since we are not local to our purchased house, Kevin has provided help in representing us by doing extra visits to the house - to make sure that all things are done accordingly and in providing some contractor information for future home improvement.
