I can confidently say that I know the Arizona market well; I attribute this primarily to the fact that I have been an Arizona resident for more than four decades, a Scottsdale resident for over five years, and a Mesa resident for the last 4 years in addition to the strong support structure and knowledge base provided by brokerage, HUNT/ERA and my Team, Cracolicihomes. I enjoy giving back to the community and have volunteered at Habitat for Humanity as well as several other local charities. With the strong belief that sports provide discipline and structure, I have had the pleasure of coaching youth football and basketball with both the NYS and Pop Warner organizations for over a decade.
