Kevin Cozzie

Kevin has been a lifelong resident of Ganges Township, just south of Saugatuck, since 1971. He has been in love with the beaches, forests, and in-land lakes of Southwest Michigan since he was a little boy exploring the area with his father and brothers. Kevin has over thirty years experience in the financial markets as a floor broker at the Chicago Board of Exchange (CBOE) as well as an entrepreneur personally buying and selling real estate in the Saugatuck and Douglas area. He is now comfortable as a waterfront and luxury home specialist in the area he has always loved, utilizing his customer service skills, along with his knowledge of the area, in providing the utmost service to his clients. In his free time Kevin enjoys long walks on the beach with his wife, playing sports with his three children, and watching the Seattle Sea Hawks and the Dallas Cowboys!
