He helped us find the most perfect home in the exact neighborhood we were hoping for. He is an expert negotiator. We got our home under the asking price. Any time of day we had a question or concern he responded immediately. If we found a home we wanted to view and texted him a picture, he would immediately ask if we wanted to see it that day. On our closing day there were some minor issues that occurred with the seller of our home and Kevin solved it all so gracefully. He made the process so stress free and even fun!
