Kevin is fantastic. He is fun and energetic and pays attention to detail. We have bought 2 houses through him and each time, he went over all closing items 2 days before closing with us and was always available to answer our questions. There was a problem on our first purchase with a long-delinquent utility bill which the Title Company missed and our mortgage loan officer would do nothing to help us with. Kevin worked at it for several months and finally got the seller to pay it. On our second purchase through Kevin, we could not be at closing so he did the walk-through for us while describing everything to us over the phone. He goes above and beyond, is ethical and doesn't miss anything.
