Kevin is amazing. He's extremely knowledgeable and took a lot of time to explain the market in my area and neighborhood and backed it up with statistics in a detailed written presentation. Living alone and being a senior I wanted backup. At my request Kevin even called my son-in-law to discuss everything he'd already gone over with me. He was right on the money pricing my house and had a buyer the 1st day. He was available day or night and was with me every step of the way. We had the unique and stressful situation of having an out-of-state relative with a terminal illness and consequent death.
