I wanted a condominium initially for the ease of maintenance as I am a Disabled Veteran and have limitations of how much I am able to do in physically maintaining a home. We struggled too find VA approved condominiums due to the regulations surrounding VA Home Loans. At Kevins suggestion, we began looking for single family homes that had landscaping that was low maintenance and had main floor master bedroom, bath, family room and laundry to ease the struggles with continual staircase travel. To our surprise, we found a home that met all of the requirements and was just 1/2 mile from my family so if there were difficulties medically with my health challenges or my parents health, we were close enough for an easy walk or bicycle ride over. I couldnt be happier with the deal we struck, the location of the house and the excellent service Kevin provides. Kevin does a fantastic job of allowing his client to make the final decisions while providing valuable information and guidance for the purchase. He is selfless, humble yet confident and most certainly competent. This Realtor has lived in West Michigan for his entire life and he knows it VERY well.
