ZillowVERIFIEDWe purchased our very first home in Fairview, TN, with Kevin as our realtor and he was amazing! My questions were numerous, as you would likely expect from a first-time home buyer, and he was unbelievably expedient in his responses and very thorough. Even though many of Kevin's properties are north of Nashville, the house we loved (and purchased) was in Fairview, south of Nashville. If my questions were related to topics local to Fairview/Williamson County, he was able to get all of them answered either directly or through referral to other sources. Additionally, he was readily available to drive an hour or more to the property in support of our purchase. Kevin is a master at negotiation! He was fair and firm and was ready to go to bat for us when that was needed and merited. Additionally, he was not afraid to correct us when we may have gone down the wrong path with our offer. Even now (almost three months after closing), I periodically contact him for clarification on topics related to our purchase and he is so helpful and quick to respond! I cannot say enough about how great he is and how much we sincerely appreciate him not only as a realtor, but also a friend.
