First off, Kevin didnt ask me to write this review. I wanted to write one because I had such a pleasant experience. Ive looked for homes before, but I have never bought a home. Having the opportunity to work with multiple realtors in my life gave me the perspective to understand just how good Kevin is. Kevin was patient and knowledgeable about the home-buying process that he was able to teach somebody as unfamiliar as I was. Kevin was also incredibly helpful at speeding the process along - I was actually sleeping in a home less than 2 months after I first reached out to him. This demonstrated his expertise and familiarity with the process as I was a first time home buyer who ran into many issues with financing and wasnt easily satisfied with the homes I saw. In the rare instance Kevin didnt know something, he had a network large enough for him to find out quickly. Kevin always provided a market analysis of similar homes in the area which quickly educated me on what I should expect at each price range when moving to the state of Oklahoma. Most importantly, I trusted Kevin. I never once felt like he was misleading me or trying to push a sell. My coworkers had so many undesirable stories of their realtors that I was expecting at least a few things to go wrong, but that was never the case. I was extremely fortunate to work with Kevin throughout my home buying process. I only wish I was as skilled a writer to communicate just how superior Kevin was.

Kevin was patient through the whole process as we visited a LOT of homes. He made the process very simple and easy. We felt that we were in good hands the entire time. He even went above and beyond and had someone come out and cut the grass after we moved since the seller hadnt kept up with it.
