If a 6-Star rating was an option, the Keslie Astley Experience would command it!! 1. We met Keslie at the first "practice" open house we went to, as we were not entirely ready to start "officially" looking. We told her how unready we were and she was still extremely informative, patient, and non-pressuring! The interaction was so pleasant we left there providing her our email and phone #. 2. Keslie's follow-up game is outstanding and non abrasive which we appreciated as this was our first home buying experience, as such we needed the random follow-up to help move the process along. 3. We are a family of 5 most days and at least a family of 6 on the others. Keslie understood this and made all interactions as easy as possible on us. Our first meeting took place in the comfort of our apartment and not some un comfy office. She showed up on time and listened, listened, answered questions, listened, answered questions, and listened. We easily took a couple hours of her evening. No representation agreement had been signed or mentioned. 4. As we had been following the MLS through zillow and redfine we had a list of houses we wanted to know the final sale price on as we had heard all houses we going over listing. Keslie offered to look some up and we took her up on this offer and sent a listing of 15+ houses. She turned the request quickly and we were delighted. No representation agreement had been signed or mentioned. 5. We finally got our ducks in a row and sent Keslie a house we were interested in and bam we had an accepted offer in less than a week. The finding, seeing the house, signing of the representation letter, submitting the offer, and the constant "did we get it" text messages until the offer was accepted went seamlessly and flawlessly. Just a flat out great experience! 6. The rest of the process (i.e. inspection, seller can you fix this and that requests, final walkthrough, and closing) was a lot of the same, world-class and enjoyable. We will recommend Keslie to all and we will use her for our future purchases or sales (we want to be investors so hopefully selling is few and far between). Keslie's goal is to create a lifetime relationship with her clients and she has done everything to make that happen, we look forward to this lifetime relationship and cannot wait for the next experience!!
