2 words- Home Inspection.... Get a Home Inspection on your property before Listing. Be pro-active in the items that need to be fixed or replaced / disclose. This will help the transaction/Buyer with decision making in moving forward with your home. Completed home inspection, it looks really good on both sides of the transaction.

I have many but, VA LOAN...STRESSFUL.. No matter how long or short the process, I'm there until the end. Buyers simple gave up! With a VA loan there can several conditions due to Underwriting from the Lender and VA. This transaction test my patience as well as my belief in this process. I met with my VA clients on several outside trips to encourage them with receiving necessary paperwork to meet all conditions. 1 days before settlement, NO GO! Until the last minute rushing faxing, scanning, copying, another outside meeting with Buyers, more signatures, meeting with Lender. Finally,Clear to Close!!!!
Decided to Sell my home using a Real Estate agent.. by the time she came to assist, I did all of the work, advertising and getting the word out. ( I actually found my Seller within the time we scheduled to start the contract ) she was so impressed and upset at the same time she suggested to think about new career in Real Estate... and here I am!
