I cannot recommend Lauri enough as a realtor!! You will be VERY happy with her! She has been living in Holland for many years so she was able to share recommendations about family friendly neighborhoods to check out as we previously were looking in area that had mostly vacation homes. We were VERY impressed with the extensive knowledge she had about the quality build of homes and structural integrity. She pointed out potential concerns when looking at different house that we would have not noticed. We liked that she was able to guide us to the house that fit for US rather than pushing any opinions on us. We reached out to Lauri multiple times about concerns and she never once made us feel like we were bothering her and was always accessible. Lauri was able to get even MORE money off from the deal we initially agreed upon which we were very happy with in final negotiations! She is extremely hard working, knowledgeable, professional. Lauri loves what she does and it shows. It was pleasure to work with her, and we recommend her to all that we know!

Lauri did a wonderful job helping us to find a vacation home in the Holland area. When we first contacted her, she took us on a tour of the Holland area so that we could become familiar with the neighborhoods and parts of town. Shopping for a property from out of town was challenging but Lauri and her team really helped. On a couple of occasions Lauri was able to give us virtual tours of properties using video, and her colleague Kersh went out of his way to show us properties when Lauri was unavailable. Lauri has tremendous knowledge of the area and her contacts were invaluable. In the end, we found a house that was a perfect fit for us, and Lauri connected us with local businesses (e.g., handyman service, rental management company) to help us realize our vision for the property. Lauri is knowledgeable, upbeat, and great to work with. We really appreciate all that she did and highly recommend her.

Prior to listing our property with Lauri Sisson we had it listed 4 times with other Holland Michigan Realtors. Lauri told us what we would have to do to sell our property and we complied. In a very short time she had a reasonable offer. A little friendly negotiating and we had a deal. Though she had other transactions going on at this same time she stayed focused and helped the buyer and us to work through the contingencies. Her personality contributed greatly to the pleasantness of our sale. We had our home built to our specifications 30 years ago, and were very attached to it emotionally. She was sensitive to that and found a buyer who was as well. When I think of real estate along Lake Michigan, there is no one better than Lauri Sisson of Coldwell Banker!

For the first time we needed to purchase a home while living in another state. In phone calls, emails about houses that seemed appropriate to features we had expressed enthusiasm for, she very effectively oriented us to the market in Holland and to excellent options. When the house we ultimately bought came on the market, she immediately called it to our attention, and within hours the process of making an offer was underway. For several days she worked steadily to nail the deal down and was extremely accessible to us, all this before we had even met in person. Just outstanding.
