I have had the privilege of working with a diverse array of clients, including sellers looking to downsize or upsize, military officers and enlisted personnel relocating, federal government employees, and Fortune 500 executives. I take great joy in assisting buyers from all walks of life, hailing from every corner of the globe.

One recent transaction I’m particularly fond of involved a buyer who was experienced in real estate but was making his first new construction purchase. I successfully negotiated $14,000 off the home price, secured full closing cost coverage, and locked in a 4.25% interest rate on his VA loan. At closing, he even received over $2,000 back from his earnest money. It was an incredibly rewarding experience!

I actually began engaging with real estate before officially entering the field. As an Air Force Senior Leader, I made it a priority to help fellow airmen secure housing for their families. This experience gave me a deep understanding of the local real estate landscape, and I was already familiar with many new home sales counselors in the area. Transitioning into real estate felt like a natural progression for me.

I hold several valuable designations, including Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), which enhance my expertise in real estate. Additionally, I have experience as a sales counselor for a new home builder. My commitment to my craft is further demonstrated through my participation in Tom Ferry coaching and AI University with Adam Gillespie.
