FAQ
1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Get Pre-approved. Work with someone who communicates well, knows the area, and advocates for your best interests. Consider resale value, neighborhood trends, commute times, and whether the home fits your lifestyle for at least the next 5–7 years.
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Price it right from the start and listen to your agent. First impressions matter. Declutter and depersonalize.
4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Recently, I helped an out-of-state couple secure their future retirement home in Parrish, FL—a beautiful second home where they can eventually enjoy Florida living year-round. During negotiations, I was able to negotiate a seller credit for a few minor repairs the inspection revealed and saved them over 100k off asking price. Coordinated a seamless closing within 45 days to match their timeline. Seeing them smiling during the final walk through while gazing at their lake view, our private pool, and a huge shower to enjoy-is another reminder of why I love the work I do. It’s about helping people build the next chapter of their lives with confidence and excitement.
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
After working in the corporate world for over 17 years in Dallas with a loan servicing company—and even obtaining my Texas loan officer license—I thought I understood the real estate process inside and out. But it wasn’t until I went through three different real estate agents myself before finding the right one that I realized how challenging and emotional buying or selling a home can truly be.
That experience opened my eyes to what clients deserve in a real estate professional:
Clear communication
Patience and education through the process
A commitment to their goals, not just closing a sale
It was the push I needed to pursue a career change that aligned with my passion for helping people and providing them with better choices and options.
Now, working with buyer and seller clients on the Gulf Coast, I bring my background in loan servicing, negotiation, and financial structure while pairing it with personal, caring service that ensures clients feel supported and informed every step of the way.
Clients deserve options, transparency, and advocacy in their real estate journey—and it’s why I do what I do today.
6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology (SNHU)
This background helps me excel in negotiation, communication, and understanding client needs, ensuring transactions are handled with clear, level-headed problem-solving.

Great realtor with great service and communication. Hard to find these days someone that still believes in professionalism and knowledge of their craft. Kerre brings those values and also employs a great team that helped in financing and closing when my credit union fell through. Closed in under 30 days even as a business owner with piles of documents what should have been a long process. We saw several houses together and Kerre was always there to answer and negotiate on our behalf. I'll be using her for all my future deals.

Kerre is great. She is confident in her knowledge and is able to get things done quickly. Before even purchasing this home, Kerre had met us through a showing where she wasnt representing us. After that she continued to follow up and make sure we were good as well as send us houses she thought we might like.

As first-time homebuyers, we were nervous about the whole process, but Kerre Allman made everything feel easy and exciting. She really took the time to listen to what we wanted and needed in our first home and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Every house she showed us reflected what we were looking for aEUR" she truly paid attention to every detail. What meant the most to us was how much she cared. She celebrated every step with us, answered all of our questions (no matter how small), and made sure we always understood what was happening. It felt like having a trusted friend by our side who genuinely wanted us to find the perfect home and we did thanks to her. We are beyond grateful for her hard work, patience, and kindness. Thanks to Kerre were now in our dream home and couldnt be happier. We would recommend her to anyone looking for someone who truly goes above and beyond for their clients. ??
