Impressed by my marketing skills—having outsold everyone in luxury spa memberships at the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek—they sponsored my real estate education and licensing to handle vacation properties. In my first year, I outperformed all other associate brokers combined, mastering high-stakes negotiations, luxury marketing, and the intricacies of Colorado's resort real estate market.
