Kent Hunter

Kent is a native of the Stokes County and Northern Forsyth
County area. He has been in the real estate business since 2009. Before that he
owned a Sign & Advertising business in the Triad Area. Kent is known in his
local market for his outstanding production, positive client relationships and
expanded knowledge in commercial Real Estate. Kent loves what he does and it
shows! He works with buyers and sellers in residential,new construction, vacant
land, farms and commercial. Kent holds many awards with Century21 SmithLove
Realty, including Quality Service Awards every year, Salesperson of the Year,
The prestigious CENTURY21 Emerald and Ruby Award. He is pretty impressive!

Married for 25 years to his beautiful wife with one son.
Kent's son and daughter-in-law made Kent a PAPA in 2013 with his first
grandchild. Kent and his wife love to travel, and oh yeah?.Kent is a Foodie! He
is super active in his community and Church. Former Board Member at Rural Hall
Area Business Assoc., Member of the Chamber of Commerce,Board Member at the
King Library, active with the H.O.P.E Project in Winston Salem to name a
few.
