Ken did a great job for me. He worked hard even when the market was not busy to sell my house. I got a good price and am very happy. He always kept me informed on what was happening and the feedback from potential buyers. Ken held 3 open houses for me during the time I had my house on the market. My house took 6 months to sell and I never once felt like I wasn't a priority. I put my house up in July which was past the time the market was busy but Ken was still able to get a buyer and the price I was seeking.
