My wife and I met Ken before we decided to buy a house but turned to him when we were ready, given his local knowledge and expertise. We are glad that we did. As first time buyers, there's only so much info the internet can give you before you have to get real, actual advice and help from someone in person. Ken was able to help us through all of our questions with ease. We had already gotten our pre-approval and were able to go from initial meeting and discussions to house-hunting relatively quickly. Ken was also able to find some additional houses to look at that we had not even considered. We had also contacted him with a couple of options we wanted to see based on just driving around and looking and we were able to work those in the next day.When we decided on a house, there were multiple offers already in place when we decided to make one. Our biggest fear here was that we would lose out on the house we loved by just a couple hundred dollars and not have a chance to submit a counter offer. Ken's knowledge of the negotiating process and past experience REALLY helped us in this regard. We were able to beat out other competing offers and stay within our budget to get the house we wanted on the first try. He also helped to guide us through the post-offer phase and keep us informed all the way through closing. We had also run into a zoning issue and he was working hard along with us to get it resolved and secure the financing. We were very happy working with Ken and would definitely recommend him to anyone else in the market.
